달데랄린(영국-3557-15)은 1970년대 초 우울증으로 합성해 시판됐지만 시판된 적이 없는 항우울제다.[1][2][3]선택적 노레피네프린 재흡수 억제제로 세로토닌과 도파민의 재흡수에 큰 영향을 미치지 않으며 항히스타민이나 항이콜린제 성질이 없다.[2][4]
