17β-(3-히드록시프로필)아미노 에스트라디올로도 알려진 프로람은 합성 스테로이드 에스트로겐이며 항응고 효과가 있는 17β-아미노에스트로겐으로 1985년에 처음 설명되었지만 [1][2][3][4][5]시판되지는 않았다.
