상호작용
HCN2는 HCN1[9][10] 및 HCN4와 상호작용하는 것으로 나타났다.[9]
함수
채널의 기능은 극지방화에 의한 활성화는 심장의 시나심 노드에서 재미있는 채널(이것은 전기 리듬의 자발적 생성의 기초를 형성한다)을 암시하지만 알려져 있지 않다.이들 채널은 최근 만성통증과 연관되어 있으며 유전자를 차단하는 것은 고통의 신경병적 에피소드 해결과 관련이 있다.[11]
