CLCA4라고도 알려진 염화 채널 액세서리 4는 인간에게 CLCA4유전자를 가진 단백질이다.이 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질은 염화 채널이다.[5]단백질 구조 예측 방법은 CLCA4 단백질의 N단자 부위가 아연 금속단백질효소이며 단백질은 se 당 이온 채널이 아님을 시사한다.[6]
