가족법(家族法, )은 가족과 가정의 [1]관계를 다루는 법의 한 분야입니다.
개요
일반적으로 한 국가의 가족법에 속하는 과목들은 다음과 같습니다.
- 결혼, 시민 연합, 국내 파트너십:
- 입양: 아동과 경우에 따라서는 [3]성인을 입양하기 위한 절차.
- 대리모 : 대리모로서의[4] 출산의 법리와 과정
- 아동보호절차 : 아동학대 및 아동방임의[5] 경우 국가의 개입으로 발생할 수 있는 법정절차
- 소년법 : 신분범, 비행, 해방, 소년심판 등 미성년자에[6] 관한 사항
- 친자관계 : 친자관계의 성립 및 불성립의 절차 및 친자확인의[7] 실시

법의 충돌
혼인관계나 양육·이혼에 적용되는 관할권의 법률, 다른 [8]관할권의 법률에 따라 이혼이나 자녀양육명령이 인정되는지가 문제되는 경우 가족법에서 문제가 발생할 수 있습니다.아동 양육에 대해서는 다른 회원국의 양육 명령을 인정하고 부모 납치 문제를 [9][10]피하기 위해 많은 국가들이 헤이그 국제 아동 납치의 민사적 측면에 관한 협약에 가입했습니다.
