소네피프라졸(Sonepiprazole, U-101,387, PNU-101,387-G)은 페닐피페라진 등급의 약물로 고도로 선택적인4 D 수용체 [1]길항제 역할을 한다.동물에서는 할로페리돌과 같은2 D수용체 길항제와는 달리 소네피프라졸은 암페타민이나 아포모르핀의 행동효과를 차단하지 않으며, 자발적 운동활성을 스스로 변화시키지 않으며, 외삽상 [2]및 신경내분비 효과가 결여되어 있다.그러나 아포모르핀에 [3]의해 유도되는 프리펄스 억제결손을 역전시키고, 피질활성화 및 스트레스 유발 인지장애를 [4][5]억제하는 것으로 나타났다.그 결과 플라시보 대조군 임상시험에서 정신분열증 치료를 위한 항정신병 약물로서 조사되었으나 대조군 올란자핀과는 달리 아무런 유익성도 발견되지 않았으며 이 [6][7]징후에 대해서는 더 이상 연구되지 않았다.
