다우노루비신/시타라빈은 급성 골수성 [2][3]백혈병 치료에 사용되는 고정 용량 조합 약물이다.리포좀 결합 다우노루비신, 안트라사이클린 토포이소머라아제 억제제 및 뉴클레오시드 대사 [2]억제제인 시타라빈을 함유한다.
의료 용도
다우노루비신/시타라빈은 1세 [2][4][5][6][7]이상에서 골수형성증 관련 변화(AML-MRC)를 수반하는 신규 진단 치료 관련 급성 골수성 백혈병(t-AML) 또는 AML 치료에 사용된다.
