케라틴, 제1형 큐티큘러 Ha6는 KRT36 [5][6][7]유전자에 의해 인간에게 암호화되는 단백질이다.
이 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질은 케라틴 유전자군의 일원이다.이 제1형 모발 케라틴은 제2형 케라틴과 헤테로다이머화되어 머리카락과 손톱을 형성하는 산성 단백질입니다.I형 모발 케라틴은 17q12-q21 염색체 영역에 군집되어 있으며 [7]전사의 방향이 같다.
