60S ribosomal protein L1160S 리보솜 단백질 L11은 인간에서 RPL11 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질이다.[5][6][7]
함수
리보솜은 단백질 합성을 촉진하는 세포기관으로 작은 40S 서브유닛과 큰 60S 서브유닛으로 구성된다. 이들 서브유닛은 모두 4종의 RNA종과 약 80종의 구조적으로 구별되는 단백질로 구성되어 있다. 이 유전자는 60S 서브유닛의 성분인 리보솜 단백질을 인코딩한다. 이 단백질은 L5P 리보솜 단백질군에 속한다. 그것은 세포질에 위치해 있다. 그 단백질은 아마도 5S rRNA와 관련이 있을 것이다. 다른 ISO 양식을 인코딩하는 대체 이음매 변형이 존재할 수 있지만, 그것들은 완전히 특징지어지지는 않았다. 리보솜 단백질을 인코딩하는 유전자의 전형적으로, 게놈을 통해 분산된 여러 개의 처리된 유사 유전자가 있다.[7]
