Global Climate Action (portal)

글로벌 기후 액션(Global Climate Action, 원래는 NAZCA(Non-state Action for Climate Action, NAZCA)로 알려져 있는데, UNFCCC(UN Framework Convention of Climate Change)가 2014년에 시작한 웹 포털이다.[1] 이 웹사이트의 목적은 전 세계의 기후 행동에 대한 정보를 제공하는 것이다. 이 사이트는 파리협정의 일부인 국가, 도시, 기업, 국제연합의 약속을 포함하고 있다. 포털에는 2019년 12월 현재 배우 1만7025명이 헌신한 2만4910건의 액션이 담겨 있다.[2][3]

2019년 파리협정의 모든 공약이 이행되더라도 21세기에도 기온이 3.2℃(5.8℃) 오를 것으로 예상되기 때문에 현장이 중요하다.[4][5] 하지만, 보고서를 9월 2019년에서 2019년 유엔 기후 행동파 정상 회의 이전에 출판된 모든 공약 국제 연합체, 국가, 도시들, 지역들에 의해 찍히고 기업(뿐만 아니라 파리 협정에)의 전면 도입 2°C(3.6°F)는 아니지만 1.5°C(2.7°F)에 예상되는 기온 상승을 제한하기에 충분할 것이라고 말한다.[6] 추가 공약은 2019년 유엔기후행동정상회의와[7] 그해 말에서 이뤄졌다.[8] 공약에 대한 모든 정보가 현장으로 흘러들어와 과학계의 이행 추적을 돕는다.[9]
