CAPN3Calpain-3는 인간에게 CAPN3 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질이다.[5][6]
함수
크고 작은 서브유닛으로 구성된 이질화합물인 칼파인은 기능이 잘 확립되지 않았지만 주요 세포내 단백질 효소다.이 유전자는 티틴에 특별히 결합하는 캘린더 대소위 계열의 근육 특유한 구성원을 암호로 한다.이 유전자의 돌연변이는 사지-기들 근위축성 근위축성 2A형과 관련이 있다.대체 프로모터와 대체 스플리싱으로 인해 여러 개의 대본 변형이 서로 다른 ISO 양식을 인코딩하고 일부 변형은 보편적으로 표현된다.[7]
멜라노사이트 세포에서는 CAPN3 유전자 발현이 MITF에 의해 조절될 수 있다.[8]
상호작용
CAPN3는 Titin과 상호작용하는 것으로 나타났다.[9][10]
