디히드로폴산(Dihydrofolate, DHF)은 엽산(비타민 B9) 유도체로, 디히드로폴 환원효소에 의해 테트라하이드로폴릭산으로 전환된다.[1]DNARNA의 구성 요소인 청백피리미딘을 모두 만들기 위해서는 4화수화물(Tetrahydrofolate)이 필요하기 때문에 핵산 합성을 막기 위한 다양한 약물의 표적이 되고 있다.
