중국의 청 왕조에 의해 헌법 1908년(중국인들 간이:钦定宪法大纲, 전통적인 중국:欽定憲法大綱, pinyin:Qīndìng Xiànfǎ Dàgāng)의 원리 또한 임페리얼 Constitution,[2]의 개요나 헌법의 개요 제국 Order,[3]에 이윤자와의 혼인으로 알려졌다 시도의 시작점에 입헌 군주국이다. 20세기의 입헌군주제를 제정하고 시민의 기본권을 일부 확인함과 동시에 군주의 권력에 일부 제한을 가했다.^[4]

이 헌법의 윤곽은 민주적으로 수립된 것이 아니라, 다우제인 치시 황후가 광수황제의 이름으로 공포했기 때문에, '황실 헌법의 외연'이라고 불렸다.^[5]

주요내용

제국헌법의 개요는 「일본제국헌법」을 기초로 하고 있으며, 본문 「군주의 힘」(君 text大學)^[6]과 부록 「주체의 권리와 의무」( (权利义) 등 23개조로 구성되어 있다.

영향 및 평가

일본 메이지 헌법을 모델로 한 '제국 헌법 개요'는 중국 역사상 최초의 헌법 문서다.^[7]^[8]
