Protests in Myanmar, known locally as the Spring Revolution[17][18] (Burmese: နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေး, Burmese pronunciation: [nwè.ú.tɔ̀.l̥àɰ̃.jé]), began in early 2021 in opposition to the coup d'état on 1 February, staged by Min Aung Hlaing, the commander-in-chief of the country's armed forces, the Tatmadaw.[19]2022년 6월 23일 현재 최소 2000명의 시위대가 사망했으며, 현재 14,000명이 체포됐으며,[20] 70만 명이 군사정권에 의해 추방됐다.

배경

2021년 미얀마 쿠데타는 2021년 2월 1일 아침 미얀마의 집권당인 국민민주동맹(NLD)의 민주적인 당원들이 미얀마 군부인 타트마도에 의해 축출되면서 시작되었다.타트마도는 1년간 비상사태를 선포하고 권력이 국방군 총사령관인 민 아웅 흘라잉에게 귀속되었음을 선포했다.미얀마 의회2020년 11월 총선에서 선출된 의원들에게 선서를 하기 전날 쿠데타가 발생해 이를 [27][28][29]막았다. 마인트 대통령아웅산 수지 주정부 고문은 장관, 그 대리인,[30][31] 국회의원들과 함께 구금되었다.

쿠데타는 COVID-19 대유행 속에서 일어났다.미얀마는 열악한 보건 인프라계속되는 내부 갈등으로 인해 동남아시아에서 가장 심각한 질병 중 하나로 어려움을 겪고 있었다.그 나라는 [32][33][34]쿠데타 며칠 전에 COVID-19 백신 배치를 시작했다.이 나라의 경제 또한 대유행의 영향을 크게 받아 [35]2020년 동안 5% 감소했다.

선거 결과의 인정

2020년 11월 선거에서 선출된 대표들은 쿠데타의 정당성을 공식적으로 인정하지 않고 있다.2021년 2월 4일, NLD의 약 70명의 하원의원 당선자들이 네피도에서 국민의 명령을 준수하고 5년 [36]임기의 국회의원으로 활동할 것을 맹세하며 취임 선서를 했다.다음 날, 300명의 선출된 의원들은 의회 업무를 수행하기 위한 위원회인 Pydaungsu Hluttaw(CRPH)[37][38]를 구성했다.위원회는 [39]줌에 관한 첫 회의를 열었다.

2월 15일, 샨주 복원 평의회, 샨주 진보당, 샨민족 민주주의 동맹, 샨민족민주당, 신카우트 민병대를 포함한 샨족 무장 단체와 정당들의 연합체인 샨주 통일위원회는 쿠데타를 공개적으로 발표했다.현재 진행 중인 시위를 지지하고 2008년 헌법의 폐지와 민간 주도 [43]정부의 복원을 촉구한다.

2021년 2월 2일 수도 네피도를 포함한 전국의 의료 종사자와 공무원들이 쿠데타에 반대하는 [44][45]국민 불복종 운동을 시작했다.'시민 불복종 운동'이라고 불리는 페이스북 캠페인 그룹은 2021년 [46][47][48]2월 2일 처음 시작된 이래 23만 명 이상의 팔로워를 끌어 모았다.8888 봉기 지도자인 민고 나잉은 국민들에게 [49]군사정권에 대한 "무인정, 무참여" 입장을 취할 것을 촉구했다.한 정부 공무원 제도 전문가는 우리나라에 약 100만 명의 공무원들이 있고 그들 중 약 4분의 3이 직장을 [50]그만뒀다고 추정했다.

군사 보이콧 운동

2021년 2월 3일 미얀마 [69]군대와 관련된 상품과 서비스의 보이콧을 요구하는 "군사정권 사업 구매 중지"라는 국내 보이콧 운동이 일어났다.버마 군부의 중요한 사업 포트폴리오의 대상 상품과 서비스에는 국영 통신 사업자인 마이텔, 미얀마 맥주, 만달레이 맥주, 다곤 맥주, 여러 커피와 차 브랜드, 민 아웅 흘라잉의 [70]딸이 공동 설립한 7th Sense Creation, 버스 [69]노선이 포함됩니다.

이번 보이콧에 대해 사가잉 지역의 마이텔에서 일하는 71명의 엔지니어가 [46]항의의 표시로 사임했다.일부 소매점은 [71]미얀마 맥주를 매장에서 철수하기 시작했다.

레드 리본 캠페인

On 3 February 2021, healthcare workers in Myanmar launched the red ribbon campaign (ဖဲကြိုးနီလှုပ်ရှားမှု).[78]빨간색은 2020년 [79]선거에서 승리한 현 정당인 전국민주연맹(NLD)과 관련이 있다.버마의 인기 가수이자 의대를 졸업한 니니 는 이 [78]캠페인을 공개적으로 지지했다.노조급 부처를 포함한 미얀마 전역의 공무원과 근로자들은 군사정권에 [80]반대하는 상징으로 빨간 리본을 채택했다.2021년 2월 5일, 긴신타웅 광산의 구리 광부들이 노동 조합에 참가하지 못하고 붉은 리본 [56]캠페인에 참가했다.2021년 2월 6일, 타케타 공업지구의 공장 의류 노동자들은 붉은 리본 [81]캠페인에 참가했다.

체포 및 기소

사법 당국은 쿠데타에 대한 반발을 잠재우기 위해 신속하게 행동했다.2021년 2월 7일 현재 쿠데타와 [110]관련하여 152명이 구금되어 있다.

군사 정권은 억류자들에 대한 형사 절차를 개시하기 시작했다.2021년 2월 3일 스님 타우비타는 군대 [111]명예훼손 혐의로 전기통신법 66조(d)에 따라 징역 2년을 선고받았다.2021년 2월 4일 만달레이에서 [110]시위한 혐의로 주주잔, 아웅묘고, 후칸트스웰 등 3명의 대학생이 평화집회 및 평화행렬법 19조에 따라 기소됐다.2021년 2월 5일, 카인주 흐파안읍에서 [110]시위를 벌인 혐의로 체포되어 형법 505조(b)에 따라 기소되어 2년형을 선고받았다.조유몬 교장도 자신이 다니는 [112]Hpa-an 학교에서 빨간 리본 캠페인에 참여한 혐의로 형법 505조(b)에 따라 구속 기소됐다.NLD 지도자인 윈 테인은 미얀마 [112]내란법 124조(a)에 따라 기소됐다.

2월 6일, NLD가 이끄는 민간 정부의 호주 경제 정책 고문이자 맥쿼리 대학 교수인 션 터넬이 구금되어 [113]쿠데타와 관련하여 체포된 최초의 외국인이 되었다.

2021년 2월 8일 당국은 카인주 최고장관 낭킨트메인과 사가잉주 최고장관 [114]민트나잉다시 체포했다.낭킨트웨 마인트는 군인과 국민 사이의 연대를 촉구하는 글을 인터넷에 게재했으며 민트나잉은 대중들에게 [114]시위를 계속할 것을 촉구하는 연설을 게시했다.2월 9일 만달레이에서는 시장 예린윈[115]포함해 적어도 100명의 시위대가 체포됐다.
