파트너십 협의회는 EU-UK 무역 및 협력 협정의 잠정적 적용에 따라 설립된 공동 위원회다.[1] TCA 내에서 여러 가지 통치 과제를 가지고 있으며, 영국과 EU 간의 합의(초안의 Articles COMPROV.2와 Inst.1.2)를 보완하고 있다. 이 협정의 각 당사자는 TCA의 이행, 적용 및 해석과 관련된 모든 이슈를 위원회에 회부할 수 있다. 의회는 첫 해에 TCA의 특정 부분을 "오류를 수정하거나 누락 또는 기타 결함을 해결하기 위해 필요한 경우"를 개정할 권한을 가지고 있으며, TCA의 특정 권한을 무역 파트너십 위원회 또는 전문 위원회에 위임할 수 있는 권한을 가지고 있다.
이사회는 EU와 영국의 대표들로 구성되며, 유럽 위원회의 한 멤버와 영국 정부의 장관급 대표가 공동 의장을 맡고 있다. TCA 서명에 대한 EU 이사회의 결정 초안은 각 회원국이 EU 대표단의 일부로 파트너십 이사회에 참석할 수 있는 권리를 규정하고 있다.[2] EU나 영국의 요청에 따라, 그리고 적어도 1년에 한 번, 상호 동의에 의해 의제가 정해진다. 협의회는 중재 절차를 통한 갈등 처리 메커니즘과는 별개다.
이사회에서 다루는 협정
다른 규정이 없는 한, 위원회는 TCA와 다른 "보조 동의서"에서 역할을 한다. 협의회의 역할이 설정되는 합의서는 다음과 같다.

EU-UK 제도 프레임워크의 스키마
사무국
사무국은 EU의 관리와 영국 정부의 관리로 구성될 것이다. 절차규칙에서 부여된 업무를 수행하게 되며,[citation needed] 특히 EU와 영국의 통신, 의제, 회의록 등 행정업무를 담당하게 된다. 공용어는 EU와 영국의 공용어가 될 것이고, 작동 언어는 영어일 것이다.

2021년 3월 현재 1건의 결정이 게재되었다. 통상협력협정 잠정적용 최종일을 2021년 4월 30일로 연장한다.[6]
