AFDX-384(BIBN-161)는 무스카린성 아세틸콜린 수용체의 선택적 길항제로서 M 및 M4 아형에2 대한 선택성을 갖는 약물이다.주로 뇌에서 M과4 M의 무스카린 수용체 분포를2 매핑하고 치매와 [1][2][3][4][5][6][7]정신분열증의 발병과 치료에 관여하는 것을 연구하는 데 사용된다.
