Sodium–hydrogen antiporter 1나트륨/수소 교환기 1(NHE-1) 또는 SLC9A1(SoLute Carrier 9A1)로 알려진 나트륨-수소 대항체 1(NHE-1)은 사람에게 SLC9A1 [5]유전자에 의해 암호화되는 나트륨-수소 대항체의 등형식이다.
기능.
Na/H+ 역호터(SLC9A1)는+ 척추동물 세포의 부피 및 pH 조절에 관여하는 유비쿼터스 막 결합 효소이다.비특이성 이뇨제 아밀로라이드에 의해 억제되며 성장인자, 유사원, 신경전달물질, 종양촉진제 [6]등을 포함한 다양한 신호에 의해 활성화된다.
상호 작용
나트륨-수소 대항체 1은 탄산 무수분해효소[7] II 및 [8][9][10]CHP와 상호작용하는 것으로 나타났다.또한 Duchenne 근디스트로피 [11]치료를 위해 개발되고 있는 실험 약물인 리메포라이드의 대상이다.
