역사

2018년 12월, Sachin Vansal은 IIT-Delhi 배치 메이트와 함께 플립카트를 떠난 후 BACQ Acquisitions Private Limited를 설립하였고, 이후 Navi Technologies Private Limited로 이름이 변경되었다.[5]나비는 설립 이후 여러 회사를 인수해 제품 및 서비스 포트폴리오를 확장하고 있다.[6]

성장계획에 따라 2021년 400명을 추가 채용할 계획으로 45~50명의 엔지니어가 채용됐다.벵갈루루 코라망갈라 지역에 새로운 100k sq ft 사무공간이 인수되어 사업체를 수용하게 되었다.[8][9]

나비 핀서브

In October 2019, Bengaluru based NBFC Chaitanya Rural Intermediation Development Services Private Limited (CRIDS) along with its wholly owned microfinance-NBFC Chaitanya India Fin Credit Private Limited (CIFCPL) was acquired by Navi and CRIDS was later renamed as Navi Finserv Private Limited.[11][12]

나비는 카르나타카에서 주택대출을 추가로 시작했고, 첸나이와 하이데라바드의 나비앱을 통해 빠르고 저렴한 소매주택대출을 조만간 확대 출시할 계획도 확인했다.[15][16][17]

나비 뮤추얼 펀드

에스셀 뮤추얼 펀드의 나비가 2020년 12월 신규 인수를 승인받았다.[19]

2021년 5월 나비 뮤추얼 펀드는 본사를 뭄바이에서 벵갈루루로 옮기기로 결정해 본사를 둔 최초의 벵갈루루로 만들었다.패시브 펀드의 론칭도 발표했다.[20][21]

나비종합보험

DHFL General Insurance는 2020년 1월 Navi에 인수되었으며, 이후 Navi General Insurance Limited로 명칭이 변경되었다.[22][23]

'2분' 온라인 소매 건강보험 상품인 나비헬스가 2021년 출시됐다.[24][25]

나비종합손해보험은 최근 연간 보험료를 선불하는 대신 월별 가입(EMI)을 통해 건강보험을 가입하는 옵션이 고객을 위해 도입됐다.[26][27]

Chaitanya Microfinance(CIFCPL)

CIFCPL은 2009년 10월부터 영업을 시작한 소액금융기관(MFI)이다.모기업인 나비 핀서브가 전액 보유하고 있다.[28][29]CIFCPL은 주로 그라민 은행 그룹 대출 모델에 따라 농촌 지역에서 여성에게 빌려준다.공동부채집단 모델에 따른 소액금융대출은 물론 개인대출까지 제공한다.

Navi는 보편적인 은행 면허를 위해 인도준비은행에 접근했다.[30][31]2020년 12월 31일 현재, CIFCPL은 72개 구 전체 6개 주 중 4.59 lakh의 적극적 차입자와 함께 운영되고 있었다.[32]
