ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited는 인도의 생명보험 회사다. ICICI 뱅크 리미티드(ICICI Bank Limited[3])와 프루덴셜 코퍼레이션 홀딩스 리미티드(PRDential Corporation Holdings Limited)의 합작법인으로 설립된 ICICI 프루덴셜라이프는 생명보험과 자산관리 사업에 종사하고 있다.[4] 2016년 인도에서 국내 증권거래소에 상장된 첫 보험사가 됐다.[5][6]

역사

ICICI 푸르덴셜생명은 2001년에 영업을 시작했다. 생명보험 계열은 ICICI 은행 유한회사와 프루덴셜 주식회사 홀딩스 유한회사로 설립되었으며, 자산은 약 AUM(Amerganization Afficial Corporation Holdings Limited[7])이다. 100 크로어(1300만 달러)[8]

2010년, 그 회사는 경영 중인 자산에서 5만 크로어(66억 달러)까지 성장했다.[9]
