TNF 수용체 관련 인자(TRAF3)는 인간에서 TRAF3 유전자에 의해 인코딩되는 단백질이다.[5][6][7]
함수
이 유전자에 의해 인코딩된 단백질은 TNF 수용체 관련 인자(TRAF) 단백질 계열의 일원이다.TRAF 단백질은 TNF 수용체(TNFR) 슈퍼 패밀리의 구성원과 신호 전달을 연결하고 중재한다.이 단백질은 면역 반응의 활성화에 중요한 TNFR 가족 구성원인 CD40의 신호 전도에 참여한다.이 단백질은 임파독소-베타 수용체(LTBetaR) 신호 복합체의 중요한 성분으로 밝혀져 LT베타 레깅에 의해 NF-kappaB 활성화와 세포 사멸을 유도한다.Epstein-Barr 바이러스 인코딩 잠재감염막 단백질-1(LMP1)은 이것과 TRAF 계열의 여러 다른 구성원과 상호작용할 수 있으며, 이는 LMP1의 인큐베이터 효과에 필수적일 수 있다.두 개의 서로 다른 ISO 양식을 인코딩하는 세 개의 다른 분할된 대본 변형이 보고되었다.[8]
