기능.

이 유전자는 이온 채널의 칼슘 유도 조절 및 지도 키나제 시그널링 경로의 활성화에 관여하는 세포질 단백질 티로신 키나제를 암호화한다.암호화된 단백질은 칼슘 플럭스를 증가시키는 신경 펩타이드 활성화 수용체 또는 신경 전달 물질과 [7]신경 활동을 조절하는 하류 신호 사이의 중요한 신호 중간을 나타낼 수 있습니다.

암호화된 단백질은 세포 내 칼슘 농도 증가, 니코틴성 아세틸콜린 수용체 활성화, 막 탈분극 또는 단백질 키나제 [7]C 활성화에 반응하여 빠른 티로신 인산화 및 활성화를 거친다.또한 SOCE 유도 Pyk2 활성화는 VE-PTP[8]티로신(Y1981-residue) 인산화를 통해 내피 아데렌스 접합의 분해를 매개한다.
