Open access in Spain
스페인에서는 국가 2011년 「라이 드 라 시엔시아, 라 테크놀로시아 이 라 이노베이션시온」(과학, 기술 및 혁신법)이 공적 자금으로 생산한 연구를 위해 오픈 액세스 퍼블리싱을 요구한다.[1][2] 동료가 검토한 최초의 공개 액세스 스페인어 저널인 Delf는 1995년에 시작되었다.[3] CSIC Press와 Hipatia Press는 국제 오픈 액세스 Scholarly Publishers Association에 소속되어 있다.[4]
리포지토리
스페인에는 디지털 오픈 액세스 리포지토리에 소장된 많은 장학금 모음이 있다.[5] 그들은 자유롭게 읽을 수 있는 저널 기사, 책장, 자료, 그리고 다른 연구 결과물들을 포함하고 있다. 2018년 3월 현재, 영국에 본사를 둔 개방형 액세스 리포지토리 디렉토리는 스페인에 있는 131개의 리포지토리를 나열하고 있다.[5] Those with the most digital assets include Revistes Catalanes amb Accés Obert, Tesis Doctorals en Xarxa, GREDOS (of Universidad de Salamanca), Biblioteca Virtual del Patrimonio Bibliográfico (of Ministry of Culture), and Digital CSIC (of Spanish National Research Council).[1] 이와 관련된 것은 SciELO와 DialNet이다.
