Open access in Russia2008년 1월 러시아, 벨로루시, 우크라이나 학자들은 과학 및 문화 지식의 개방적 접근을 지원하기 위해 '벨고로드 선언'을 발표했다.[1][2] 2016년 시작된 국제 오픈 액세스 2020 캠페인의 러시아 서포터즈에는 벨고로드 주립대, 국립전자정보컨소시엄(NEICON), 웹퍼블리셔스협회 등이 있다.[3][4]
리포지토리
러시아에는 디지털 오픈 액세스 리포지토리에 소장된 많은 장학금 모음이 있다.[5] 그들은 자유롭게 읽을 수 있는 저널 기사, 책장, 자료, 그리고 다른 연구 결과물들을 포함하고 있다.
