Moxie (DJ)

전문적으로 Moxie로 알려진 Alice Moxom은 런던에 본사를 둔 DJ, 음악 출판사, 이벤트 프로모터다.

경력

어릴 때부터 DJ에게 배운 라디오 DJ는 2010년 Kiss FM에서 시작해 NTS 라디오는 물론 BBC 라디오 1에서도 잔류를 이어오고 있다.[1]그녀의 국세청 거주지는 이 역에서 가장 오래 운영되는 곳 중 하나이며 현재 매주 방송되고 있다.[2]2016년에는 전자음악계의 여성 홍보를 목표로 On Loop 음반사와 이벤트 회사를 설립했는데,[1] 이는 2017년 믹스마그의 20대 음반사 중 하나로 꼽혔고, DJ Mag Awards for Best Compilation에서 후보에 올랐다.[2]

2017년 타임 아웃은 그녀의 NTS 라디오 쇼를 런던의 톱 10[3] 중 하나로 평가했고 믹스마그는 그녀를 전통적인 프로듀서가 아닌 음악 "선택자"로 DJ들을 선호하는 증가하는 추세의 일부로 인정했다.[4]2018년에 그녀의 DJ 믹스 중 하나가 피치포크의 월간 톱 8에[5] 포함되었고 The List는 그녀가 "빠르게 영국에서 가장 유명한 DJ 중 한 명이 되고 있다"고 생각했다.[6]

2019년에는 DJ Mag's Best Of British Awards 2019 Best Of British DJ 부문[7] 후보에 올랐고 Glastonbury Festival에서 공연을 했다.가디언은 그녀가 "집과 지하 테크노의 즐겁고, 부서지기 쉬운 코너를 규정하는데 도움을 주었다"고 주장했다.[8]레지던트 어드바이저는 그녀를 전 세계 1000대 전자음악 아티스트로 선정했다.[9]
