TGFBR3
트랜스폼 성장인자 베타 수용체 III(TGFBR3)로도 알려진 베타글리칸은 분자량 300kDa 이상의 세포 표면 콘드로이틴 황산/헤파란 황산 프로테오글리칸이다.베타글리칸은 핵심 단백질을 통해 리간드의 TGF-β 슈퍼패밀리의 다양한 구성원에 결합하고, 헤파란 황산염 사슬을 통해 bFGF에 결합합니다.TGF-베타 신호 전달에는 직접 관여하지 않지만 세포 표면에서 TGF-베타 슈퍼패밀리의 다양한 구성원에 결합함으로써 TGF-베타 [5][6]수용체에 대한 리간드의 저장고 역할을 한다.
