Phospholipase D2는 인간에게 PLD2 유전자에 의해 암호화된 효소다.[5][6]

함수

PLD(Phosphatidylcholine, PC) 고유의 인광분해효소 D(Phosphalipas D)는 PC의 가수분해를 촉진하여 인광산과 콜린을 생산한다. PC 고유 PLD의 활성화는 티로신 키나아제와 G 단백질 결합 수용체 모두의 작용제 자극의 결과로 발생한다. PC 특정 PLD는 규제 분비물, 세포골격계 재구성, 전사 규제, 세포 주기 제어에서 기능하도록 제안되었다.[OMIM에 의해 제공][7]

활성화 메커니즘

PLD2는 기질 표시에 의해 활성화된다.[8] 이 효소는 팔미토일라이트로 PLD2를 지질 뗏목으로 몰고 간다. PC 기질은 다불포화성으로 인산염 4,5-비스인산염(PIP2) 근처의 지질 래프트와 별도로 멤브레인 안에 있다. PIP2 레벨이 증가하면 PLD2는 PIP2로 밀거래하여 기판 PC와 만난다. PLD2와 상호작용하는 비계 단백질은 PIP2 대비 지질 뗏목에 대한 선호도를 변화시킬 가능성이 있다.
