DNGA(Daihatsu New Global Architecture)는 토요타, 스바루, 페로두아에 공급되는 다양한 다이하츠 차량 및 리배지 버전을 지원하는 모듈식 유니바디 자동차 플랫폼입니다.2019년 선보인 차량은 일본 시장과 해외 신흥시장을 겨냥한 차량입니다.[1]다이하츠는 2025년까지 90개국에서 연간 250만대의 차량 생산을 목표로 21개 모델, 15개 차체 타입에 이 플랫폼을 도입할 계획입니다.[1]비슷한 이름임에도 불구하고, 그것은 기계적으로 토요타 뉴 글로벌 아키텍처와 관련이 없습니다.[2]

개요

2019년 6월 4세대 탄토 도입을 통해 플랫폼이 발표되었습니다.[3]4세대 탄토가 출시되기 전인 2017년 출시된 2세대 미라:S와 미라토콧은 DNGA 차량으로 분류되었습니다.[4][5]그러나 2019년 DNGA의 정의를 개정하여 두 차종 모두 DNGA 차량으로 분류되지 않습니다.대신, 더 개선되기 전 DNGA 플랫폼의 기반이 되는 오래된 과도기 플랫폼을 사용합니다.[6][7]

DNGA는 전기화, 자율주행, 연결성을 염두에 두고 개발되었으며, 이를 "CASE"(Connected, Automated Driving, Sharing, Electricization)[8][9]라고 합니다.

대부분의 부품은 플랫폼용으로 새롭게 개발되었으며, 서스펜션 및 장착 지점, 언더바디, 엔진, 변속기 및 시트 위치 등의 모든 부품이 비용 증가 없이 원하는 성능과 품질을 달성할 수 있도록 최적의 표준화된 부품 배치를 위해 개조되었습니다.[10]섀시 부품의 구조를 간소화하고 부품 수를 줄여 무게를 줄였습니다.[11]

이 플랫폼은 부품 공유율이 케이카 모델의 경우 75%, A세그먼트 및 B세그먼트 모델의 경우 80%를 초과할 수 있습니다.[2]신모델 개발 속도가 1.5배 빨라집니다.제조 공장은 DNGA 모델에 공통 조립 라인을 활용할 수 있기 때문에 신제품 도입에 따른 자본 투자도 30% 절감됩니다.DNGA가 본격적으로 사용됨에 따라 Daihatsu가 생산하는 플랫폼의 수는 7종에서 4종으로 줄어들 것입니다.[2]

모회사의 토요타 뉴 글로벌 아키텍처와 이름이 비슷함에도 불구하고, Daihatsu 출판물과 문헌에는 TNGA와 관련된 플랫폼에 대한 언급이 없습니다.Daihatsu 경영진은 회사가 Toyota 플랫폼과 중요한 공통점을 추구하지 않는다고 말했습니다.[2]
