아누프 사시쿠마르는 인도의 경제학자, 말레이알람 문학의 소설가다. 그는 경제학에 관한 여러 기사의 저자로 많은 사람들이 말레이알람 최초의 도시 판타지 소설로 간주하는 그의 첫 번째 소설인 에타마테 벨리파두는 2018년 DC 북스 문학상 후보에 오른 소설들 중 하나이다.
전기
1984년 2월 23일 인도 남부 케랄라주의 코타야암 지구에서 태어난 아누프 사시쿠마르는 마하트마 간디 대학의 코타야암 라지브 간디 공과대학에서 기계공학을 졸업했다.[1] 2006년 샤포르지 팔론지 그룹에서 엔지니어 생활을 시작했다.[1] 1년 후, 그는 품질 엔지니어로 Consolidated Contracts International Company로 옮겼다. 2009년에는 직장을 그만두고 하이데라바드 중앙대학교(HCU)로 옮겨 경제학 석사학위를 받았다.[2] 그는 HCU에서 경제학 박사학위와[3] MPhil을 확보하기 위해 계속 근무했다. 2015년 비를라공대 필라니-고아캠퍼스에 조교수로 입사해 2017년까지 근무했다.[4]
