PTPN2
PTPN2티로신-단백질-인산가수분해효소 비수용체 타입 2는 사람에게서 PTPN2 유전자에 [5][6]의해 암호화되는 효소이다.
이 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질은 단백질 티로신 포스파타아제(PTP) 계열의 구성원이다.PTP 제품군의 구성원은 촉매 활동에 필수적인 고도로 보존된 촉매 모티브를 공유합니다.PTP는 세포 성장, 분화, 유사분열 주기, 그리고 발암성 변형을 포함한 다양한 세포 과정을 조절하는 신호 분자로 알려져 있다.
표피 성장인자 수용체와 어댑터 단백질 Shc는 이 PTP의 기질로 보고되었으며, 이는 성장인자 매개 세포 신호 전달에서의 역할을 시사한다.극단적인 C-termini에서 다른 등소형을 코드하는 이 유전자의 세 가지 대체 결합 변형이 설명되었다.
서로 다른 C-termini는 기질 특이성뿐만 아니라 Isoforms의 세포 국재성을 결정하는 것으로 생각된다.다른 염색체에 국소적으로 존재하는 두 개의 높은 관련성이 있지만 뚜렷하게 처리된 유사 유전자가 [6]보고되었다.
