DUSP1
DUSP1이중특이성 단백질인산화효소 1은 인간에서 DUSP1 유전자에 의해 암호화된 효소다.[5][6]
함수
DUSP1 유전자의 발현은 산화/열 응력과 성장 인자에 의해 인간의 피부 섬유질에서 유도된다.비수용체형 단백질-티로신인산효소 계열의 구성원과 유사한 구조적 특징을 가진 단백질을 지정하며, 백신 바이러스의 고 유전자 H1에 의해 인코딩된 Tyr/Ser-단백질인산효소와 상당한 아미노산 염기서열 유사성을 가진다.박테리아로 표현되고 정제된 DUSP1 단백질은 내인성 인지효소 활성을 가지고 있으며, 특히 미토겐 활성 단백질(MAP) 키나제는 그것의 인광 레오닌과 인광티로신 잔류물의 결합제 탈인산화 작용에 의해 시험관내 미토겐 활성 단백질(MAP) 키나제를 불활성화한다.나아가 Xenopus 난모세포 추출물에서 인공적인 ras에 의한 MAP키나아제의 활성화를 억제한다.따라서 DUSP1은 환경 스트레스에 대한 인간의 세포 반응과 세포 증식의 부정적인 규제에서 중요한 역할을 할 수 있다.[7]
상호작용
DUSP1은 MAPK14,[8][9] MAPK1[9][10] 및 MAPK8과 상호작용하는 것으로 나타났다.[9]
