마인드트리(Mindtree Ltd.)는 인도 방갈로르에 본사를 두고 있는 인도의 다국적 정보 기술 및 아웃소싱 기업이다. 라르센&투브로 그룹의 일부다. 1999년에 설립된 이 회사는 약 23,814명의 직원을 고용하고 있으며, 연간 매출액은 7839.9달러(미화 11억 달러)이다.[6][7][8]

이 회사는 전자상거래, 모바일 애플리케이션, 클라우드 컴퓨팅, 디지털 전환, 데이터 분석, 테스팅, 엔터프라이즈 애플리케이션 통합, 엔터프라이즈 리소스 계획 등을 취급하고 있으며, 2019년 3월 31일 현재 18개국 이상에 307개 이상의 활성 클라이언트와 43개 사무소를 두고 있다.[8]

역사

1999년 8월, 마인드트리 컨설팅 프라이빗 리미티드(Mindtree Consulting Private Limited)는 10명의 IT 전문가에 의해 설립되었으며, 이 중 3명은 모리셔스에 합병된 법인을 통해 투자하였다.[9] 벤처 캐피털 회사인 월든 인터내셔널과 시반 증권의 자금 지원을 받았으며, 2001년 캐피털 그룹과 프랭클린 템플턴으로부터 추가 자금 지원을 받았다.[10]

마인드트리 재단은 장애인의 생활 향상과 초등교육의 질 향상을 위해 노력하는 마인드트리(Mindtree)의 사단법인이다.[37] 마인드트리 재단은 2007년 11월 20일 기업법 25조에 따라 설립되었다. 마인드트리의 직원, 보조 기술 및 NGO와의 협회는 다음과 같은 결과로 이어졌다.[38]
