Granzyme A(EC 3.4.21.78, CTLA3, HuTPS, T세포관련단백질가수분해효소1, 세포독성 T림프구세린단백질가수분해효소, TSP-1, T세포유래세린단백질가수분해효소)는 [5][6][7]효소이다.인간의 유전자가 GZMA 유전자에 의해 암호화되고, [8][9][10]인간 게놈에 암호화되어 있는 5가지 그랜자임 중 하나입니다.이 효소는 세포독성 T림프구 과립에 존재한다.
세포용해성 T림프구(CTL)와 천연 킬러(NK) 세포는 특정 표적 세포를 인식, 결합 및 용해하는 놀라운 능력을 공유합니다.그들은 보통 세포 내 병원균에 의한 감염으로 인한 펩타이드나 단백질인 그들의 표면에 있는 '비자기' 항원이 있는 세포를 용해시킴으로써 숙주를 보호하는 것으로 생각됩니다.여기서 설명하는 단백질은 세포독성 T림프구 및 [10]천연킬러세포에 의한 표적세포의 용해에 필요한 공통성분으로서 기능할 수 있는 T세포 및 천연킬러세포 특이적 세린단백질효소이다.
