펑크 하우스
Punk house펑크 하우스는 펑크 하위 문화의 구성원들이 거주하는 주거지다. 펑크 하우스는 1960년대의 히피 크래시 패드와 비슷하다. 앤디 워홀이 더 벨벳 언더그라운드의 본거지로 설립한 대안 생활공간 '더 팩토리'는 뉴욕시의 펑크록 형성과 직결된다. 1980년대 초, 몇몇 펑크 갱들은 특정 펑크 하우스에 대한 충성을 중심으로 발전했다.[citation needed]
