Plasmin-α2-antiplasmin complex

플라즈민-α2-안티플라즈민복합체(PAP)는 효소플라즈민과 그 억제제α-안티플라즈민의2 [1][2][3][4]1:1 비가역적으로 형성된 불활성복합체이다.섬유용해계의 활성 지표이자 섬유용해증의 [5][6]순활성 지표이다.

PAP 수치는 임신과[7] 에티닐에스트라디올이 함유된 복합 [5]피임약에 의해 증가한다.반대로, PAP의 수치는 폐경 호르몬 [6]치료의 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 보인다.PAP 수치는 [8]전립선암에 걸린 남성들에게서 높아진 것으로 보고되었다.
