플라즈민-α2-안티플라즈민복합체(PAP)는 효소플라즈민과 그 억제제α-안티플라즈민2 [1][2][3][4]1:1 비가역적으로 형성된 불활성복합체이다.섬유용해계의 활성 지표이자 섬유용해증[5][6]순활성 지표이다.
