새로운 비침습적 영상 기법으로, 다른 소위 재림음이나 심장 클릭의 기원이 인정되었다.이것들은 짧고 높은 음의 소리들이다.[citation needed]
- 승모협착증의 경우 승모판막은 디아스톨의 시작 부분에 개구부[1][2] 스냅과 함께 열릴 수 있다.
- 승모판막탈출증 환자들은 심술 후기 수축기 소음을 동반한 중간 수축기 소음을 가질 수 있다.[3]일부 환자들에서는 초기 수축기 클릭이 나타날 수도 있다.[4]
- 대동맥 및 폐협착증은 S1 직후에 박리(탈출)를[5] 일으킬 수 있다.
