- 인슐린 B 사슬의 Asn-Gln3, Ser-His9 및 Ala-Leu14 결합의 분열과 A 사슬의 Tyr-Gln14 및 Thr-Ser의8 분열.알파1(IV)의 Ala-Gln73 및 알파2(IV)의 Gly-Leu에서7 IV형 콜라겐을 분리한다.
이 엔도펩티드가수분해효소는 서부 다이아몬드 방울뱀(Crotalus atrox)의 독에 존재한다.
