Nuclear receptor coactivator 2NCoA-2로도 알려진 핵수용체 공동활성화제 2는 인간에서 NCOA2 유전자에 의해 암호화되는 단백질이다.NCoA-2는 글루코콜티코이드 수용체 상호작용 단백질 1(GRIP1), 스테로이드 수용체 공동활성화제 2(SRC-2) 또는 전사 매개자/중간인자 2(TIF2)로도 자주 불린다.
기능.
NCoA-2는 여러 핵 수용체 상호작용 도메인과 내재 히스톤 아세틸전달효소 활성을 포함하는 전사핵조절단백질이다.NCOA2는 리간드 활성화 핵 수용체에 의해 DNA 촉진 부위로 모집된다.NCOA2는 차례로 히스톤을 아세틸화시켜 하류 DNA를 전사하기 쉽게 만든다.따라서 NCOA2는 DNA [5][6]발현을 상향 조절하는 핵수용체를 돕는다.
GREP1은 글루코콜티코이드 수용체와 간섭조절인자 1(IRF1)[7]의 전사공활성제이다.
