BCAS3
BCAS3BCAS3라고도 알려진 유방암 증폭 배열 3은 BCAS3 [5][6]유전자에 의해 인간에서 암호화되는 단백질이다.BCAS3는 유방암 [6]세포에서 증폭되고 과도하게 발현되는 유전자이다.
기능.
BCAS3 유전자는 에스트로겐 수용체 알파(ER-α)[7]에 의해 조절된다.PELP1 단백질은 에스트로겐 수용체 유도 BCAS3 유전자 발현의 전사적 공동활성화제 역할을 한다.BCAS3는 히스톤아세틸전달효소 활성을 가지며, 그 자체가 ER-α의 [8]공동활성제로서 작용하는 것으로 보인다.또한 BCAS3는 ER-α에서 PELP1이 공동활성제로서 기능하는 것을 요구한다.따라서 BCAS3는 ER-α 매개 신호 [8]증폭으로 이어지는 양의 피드백 루프에 관여하는 것으로 보인다.
