알파-2-thiol 단백질 분해효소 억제제 로도 알려진 키니노겐-1 (KNG1)이나 윌리엄스-피츠제럴드-플로젝 인자 또는 HMWK-칼리크레인 인자 는 인간에서 KNG1 유전자 에 의해 암호화된 단백질 이다[5] .[6] [7] 키니노겐-1은 고분자량 키니노겐 (HMWK), 저분자량 키니노겐 (LMWK), 브래디키닌 의 전구 단백질이다.[5]
표현 KNG1 유전자는 대체 스플라이싱 을 이용해 고분자-중량키니노겐(HMWK )과 저분자-중량키니노겐 (LMWK)의 두 가지 다른 단백질을 생성한다. HMWK는 차례로 효소 칼리크레인 에 의해 분해되어 브래디키닌 을 생산한다.
함수 HMWK는 혈액 응고 및 칼리크레인-키닌 시스템 조립에 필수적이다. 또한 수많은 생리적 효과를 일으키는 펩타이드인 브래디키닌 이 HMWK에서 분비된다. HMWK와는 대조적으로 LMWK는 혈액 응고에 관여하지 않는다.[6]
키니노겐-1은 혈액 응고 시스템과 키닌칼리크레인 시스템 의 구성 성분이다.
