충돌 반디쿠트: 온 더 런(On the Run)은 킹이 자매회사인 액티비전(Activision)의 독점 라이선스 하에 발행한 2021년 모바일 러너 게임이다.이 게임은 시리즈의[2] 이전 게임들을 언급하고 있으며, 2020년 4월 22일 아시아 일부 국가에서 처음으로 소프트 론칭되었다.이 게임은 2021년 3월 25일에 발매되었다.[3]

충돌 반디쿠트: On the Run!은 네오 코텍스 박사와 그의 미니언들의 지배로부터 다중우주를 구하는 임무를 맡은 플레이어가 적정 캐릭터인 Crash나 그의 여동생 Coco를 제어하는 러너 게임이다.[4]이 경기의 레벨은 3차선 도로를 따라 진행된다.크래쉬와 코코는 플레이어가 화면을 스킵할 때 차선 전환, 점프, 미끄럼 등이 가능한 반면 화면을 탭하면 회전 공격을 할 수 있다.[5]게임 전체의 진보는 레벨 끝의 적 캐릭터가 세럼, 폭탄, 레이건과 같은 무기의 종류를 사용하여 패배해야 하는 "전투 런"에 의해 추진된다.이러한 무기를 획득하기 위해서는 플레이어가 크래쉬나 코코가 레벨을 통과하여 재료를 수집하는 "수집 런"에도 참여해야 한다.그 다음, 무기는 "코코의 기지"라고 불리는 허브 지역 내에 모인 재료로 제조되어야 한다.[4]이 게임은 플레이어들이 서로 경쟁할 수 있는 비동기 멀티플레이어를 특징으로 한다.[6]

개발

충돌 반디쿠트: On the Run!는 스티븐 재럿의 창의적인 지휘 아래 킹이 개발했으며, 나나 리(Nana Li), 기기 추이(Gigi Chui)가 주디자이너로 참여했다.[7][8][9]개발팀은 '역대 크래쉬 크래쉬 게임'을 만들기 위해 만트라(Mantra)를 채택하고, 프랜차이즈의 25년 역사를 폭넓게 연구하고 이끌어내면서 이를 달성하기 시작했다.삭제된 '크래쉬 트윈스' 수준의 분홍색 코끼리 캐릭터인 '크래쉬 오브 더 타이탄스'의 스콜포리아와 잘 알려지지 않은 타이거 일렉트로닉스의 99X 타이틀의 적수 미스터 크럼브 등 프랜차이즈 내 비교적 불명확한 캐릭터들이 편입됐다.[7]

충돌 반디쿠트: On the Run!는 잠정적으로 Clash Bandicoot Mobile이라는 제목으로 2020년 4월 23일 안드로이드에서 소프트 론칭되었다.[4]킹은 지난 7월 iOS와 안드로이드용 미래 와이드 릴리즈를 공식 발표했다.현재 최종 타이틀로 알려진 이 게임은 구글 플레이 스토어에서 사전 등록이 가능해졌다.이 게임을 사전 등록한 사람들은 출시되자마자 크래시 팀 레이싱 니트로-연료드로부터 "블루 하이에나" 스킨을 받았다.[6]
