10월 30일, 시리아군과 ISIL은 HTS를 상대로 진격을 시도하고 있었고, HTS는 다른 두 곳을 상대로 진격을 시도하고 있었습니다.[83][84] 10월 31일에서 11월 1일 사이에 육군은 HTS에서 5개에서 7개 마을을 점령했습니다.[85][86][87] 한편, HTS는 ISIL로부터 2개 마을을 점령한 것으로 알려졌으며,[88] ISIL은 이 지역에 남아있는[89] 3개 마을로 후퇴해야 했습니다.[90]

ISIL/군, 이들리브 남동부로 진출

시리아 공군이 반군이 장악한 이들리브 주의 한 마을을 폭격했습니다.

동시에 12월 3일, 시리아군은 HTS가 점령한 마을인 발릴을 우회하여 동쪽으로 진격하기로 결정하고, 이들리브주 남동부의 3개 마을과 지역을 점령하여 발릴을 남서쪽과 북동쪽에서 측면으로 공격했습니다.[128] 한편, 12월 5일, ISIL은 반군에 맞서 새로운 진격을 시작했고, 이들립주의 행정구역[129] 경계로부터 10km 이내에 도달해 다음날까지 8개 마을을 점령했습니다.[130][131] ISIL은 마침내 12월 9일 이들리브 주에 도착해 저항이 거의 없는 마을 세 곳과 언덕 꼭대기를 넘어갔습니다.[132] 그러나 12월 10일, 반군은 이들리브에서 ISIL군을 쫓아냈습니다.[54] 한편, 정부군은 이들리브 지방에서도 12월 9일에서 10일 사이에 6개의 마을을 점령하며 눈에 띄는 진전을 보였습니다.[133][134] 3일간의 격렬한 전투 끝에, ISIL 전투기들은 12월 12일 HTS에서 라스 함맘 마을을 점령했습니다.[135] 유엔난민고등판무관실은 11월 1일부터 12월 24일까지 6만명 이상이 하마와 이들리브에 있는 집에서 도망쳤다고 4일 발표했습니다.[136]

알레포 남서부 전투

12월 중순, 친정부군과 반군 사이의 전투의 대부분은 알레포 남서부로 이동했으며, 시리아군은 12월 14일에서 19일 사이에 HTS에서 4개의 마을과 2개의 언덕을 점령한 것으로 알려졌습니다.[137][138][139][140] 12월 20일, 알-람레 마을(알레포 주 남동부에 위치한 마을)을 점령하려는 육군의 시도는 HTS가 정부군을 거의 포위한 상태에서 격퇴되었습니다. 6명이 죽고 8명이 붙잡혔습니다.[141]

아부 알 두후르 방면 육군 진격

SAA와 ISIL의 지도는 12월 24일까지 HTS에 대항하여 진행됩니다.

12월부터 친정부 세력의 새로운 공세가 시작되었는데, 주요 목표는 반군이 장악한 이들리브의 동남쪽 가장자리에 있는 아부 알 두후르 공군 기지이며 다마스쿠스에서 알레포를 연결하는 도로를 확보했습니다.[142][143] 로이터 통신에 따르면, 정부군은 이란의 지원을 받는 민병대와 헤즈볼라의 지원을 받고 있습니다.[144] 정부와 동맹국들은 19일 이들리브 마을인 루웨이다를 점령한 데 이어 20일 북서쪽으로 40km 떨어진 마르 슈린 마을의 주택가를 두 차례 공습해 어린이 10명을 포함해 최소 18명의 민간인이 사망한 것으로 알려졌습니다.[145][146]

12월 20일 반격 중 ISIL로부터 5개 마을이 HTS에 의해 탈환되었지만, 얼마 지나지 않아 ISIL은 다시 한번 라스 함맘을 점령했습니다.[147] 12월 26일, 시리아군은 방공대대 기지 (Zawras Sus)와 텔 알 아스와드 언덕 꼭대기를 점령했습니다.[148] 같은 날 HTS는 스트렐라-2 MANPADS를 이용해 시리아 아랍 공군 L-39 알바트로스를 격추해 조종사를 생포한 뒤 처형했습니다.[149][150][151]

12월 28일부터 29일까지 러시아군의 집중 공습이 보고되었으며, 이들리브 남부의 핵심 마을 아부 달리에 집중된 격렬한 전투가 있었습니다. 시리아군은 12월 28일 반란군에 대한 돌파구를 보고하고 무샤이리파 등 3개 마을을 점령했으며,[152] 이날 오후 반군 전사들이 버렸다고 밝힌 아부 달리에 입성했습니다.[153] 12월 29일, 아부 달리의 남서쪽에 위치한 하마다니예는 호랑이 부대가 이끄는 시리아군에 의해 함락되었습니다.[154] 두 번의 실패 끝에, 반란군의 거점인 아샨은 12월 30일 호랑이 부대에 의해 함락되었습니다. 이후 4사단 병사들과 함께 아부 오마르, 알살루미야, 알자두야 마을을 점령했습니다.[155][156]

이 전투 기간 동안 이들리브에서는 민간인 주민들이 계속해서 이주했습니다. 구호 기관에 따르면, 8만 명 이상이 12월 마지막 주와 1월 첫째 주에 캠프에 도착했습니다. UN은 난민 수가 1월 둘째 주까지 10만 명으로 증가했다고 보고했습니다. 반면, 터키 보안군은 12월 마지막 10일 동안 국경을 넘으려고 시도한 기록적인 숫자인 10,000명을 잡았습니다.[176][197]

반군이 ISIL로 망명하거나 주둔지를 [citation needed]포기하면서 이들립, 알레포, 하마 주 가장자리에 눈에 띄는 반군은 급격히 줄어들었고, ISIL은 이 지역의 30여 개 정착촌을 장악했습니다.[211][212] 1월 19일, 반군은 하마 북동부에서 ISIL에게 거점을 빼앗겼습니다.[213]

시리아군 진격 및 ISIL 주머니 붕괴
