There were frequent instances of war crimes during the battle, including the use of chemical weapons by both Syrian government forces and rebel forces,[100][101] the use of barrel bombs by the Syrian Air Force,[102][103][104][105] the dropping of cluster munitions on populated areas by Russian and Syrian forces,[106][107] 이전의 공격에 대응하는 구조대원을 목표로 하는 "더블 " 공습, [108]양측의 민간인과 포로가 된 군인에 대한 즉결 처형,[109][110] 무차별 포격 및 반군의 매우 부정확한 즉흥 포격 사용.[111][112] 2016년 시리아 정부의 공세 동안 유엔 인권 고등판무관은 알레포에서 "역사적인 비율의 범죄"가 자행되고 있다고 경고했습니다.[113]

UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Zeid Ra'ad Al Hussein[273]

  • Middle East Monitor

Tirana Hassan, then-director of Amnesty International’s crisis response program[291]
