보녹스는 호주산 쇠고기 추출물로, 2017년 크라프트 하인즈로부터 브랜드를 인수한 후 현재 베가치즈가 소유하고 있다.[1]이것은 주로 음료수지만 요리할 때 주식으로도 사용될 수 있다.

역사

보녹스는 1918년 프레드 워커사의 프레드 워커를 위해 캠론 토마스에[2] 의해 발명되었다.보녹스는 이듬해 출범했다.[3][4]

워커 회사는 1935년 워커 사망 후 얼마 후 크래프트 푸드에 의해 인수되었다.[5]이 제품은 크래프트(2012년 크래프트푸드, 2015년 크래프트 하인즈)가 생산한 제품으로 보녹스가 다른 브랜드와 함께 베가치즈에 판매됐다.그것은 같은 조리법과 항아리 디자인을 유지했다.[6]
