분자생물학에서 SNORA65(U65)는 다른 작은 핵 RNA(snRNA)의 생물 발생(수정)에서 기능하는 비코딩 RNA(ncRNA) 분자다.이러한 유형의 수정 RNA는 snRNA 생물 발생의 주요 부위인 진핵 세포의 핵에 위치한다.소핵 RNA(snoRNA)로 알려져 있으며, 흔히 '가이드 RNA'라고도 한다.

U65 was originally cloned from HeLa cells [1] and belongs to the H/ACA box class of snoRNAs as it has the predicted hairpin-hinge-hairpin-tail structure and has the conserved H/ACA-box motifs.[2] snoRNA U65 is predicted to guide the pseudouridylation of residues U4373 and U4427 of 28S ribosomal RNA (rRNA).[3]유사우리딜화란 뉴클레오사이드 우리딘을 유사우리딘(Philoside uridine)으로 이소체화시키는 것이다.U65는 마우스에 식별된 snoRNA MBII-351과 관련이 있다.[4]
