차드의 사형
Capital punishment in Chad2020년 4월 28일 차드 의회의 만장일치 투표에 따라 차드의 모든 범죄에 대한 사형이 폐지되었다.2020년 이전에는 차드의 003/PR/2020 테러방지법이 테러 관련 범죄에 대한 사형을 유지했습니다.2014년 채택돼 2017년 공포된 차드의 새 형법은 다른 [1][2]모든 범죄에 대한 사형을 폐지했다.
2003년부터 2015년까지 차드에서는 사형이 집행되지 않았다.그러나 테러 공격이 [2]증가하자 사형 집행 유예는 2015년에 종료되었다.
