B&M으로 거래되는 B&M European Value Retail S.A는 1978년에 설립되어 룩셈부르크에 법인화된 영국의 다국적 버라이어티 스토어 체인입니다. 런던 증권거래소에 상장되어 있으며, FTSE 100 지수의 구성 종목입니다.

역사

이 사업은 말콤 빌링턴과 브라이언 메이먼에 의해 설립되었습니다: 1978년 영국 클레벌리에 첫 번째 가게가 문을 열었습니다.[6] 원래는 설립자들의 이름을 바탕으로 빌링턴 & 메이먼이라는 이름이 붙여졌지만, 곧 B&M으로 단축되었습니다.[7] 이 회사는 1996년 10월에 Phildrew Investments에 의해 자금 조달된 경영진 매수의 대상이 되었습니다.[8]

코로나19 요금 완화 논란
