바틸(아랍어: باطل)은 거짓을 의미하는 아랍어로,[1] 샤리아에 따라 무효 또는 무효한 행위나 계약을 기술하는 데 사용할 수 있다.[2][3]
계약법에서는 바틸의 반대는 사히(sahih)이다.[4] 바틸은 바틸 계약이 완료되는 반면 바틸 계약은 완료되지 않을 수 있다는 점에서 파시드("불량")와 구별할 수 있다.[5]
