낙소스 disease[1](또한"양털 같은 머리와 심장 근육 병증과non-epidermolytic성 수장족 저 keratoderma을 통한 확산을"[1]또는"양모인 털과arrhythmogenic 오른쪽 심실성 심근증과 확산성 수장족 저 keratoderma", 먼저 낙소스 섬에서 니코스 Protonotarios[1]가 표현한 대로 알려진)은 피부 상태를 palmopla이 특징.ntar kera토더마[1] 이 증후군의 유병률은 그리스 섬 인구 1000명당 1명꼴이다.[2]

그것은 데스모플라킨, 플라코글로빈, 데스모콜린-2, 그리고 SRC 상호작용 단백질(SIP)을 암호화하는 유전자의 돌연변이와 연관되어 왔다.[3][4] 낙소스병은 카르바잘 증후군과 같은 피부 표현형을 가지고 있다.[2]

증상

낙소스 병에 걸린 사람의 80~99%는 다음과 같은 증상을 보일 것이다.

  • 심장근육의 병
  • 손바닥과 발바닥의 두꺼워짐
  • 갑자기 심박수가 증가함
  • 어지러운 주문
  • 곱슬머리[5]
