치야반프라시(Chyavanaprasha, chyavanaprash, chyavanaprash, chyavanaprash, chyavanaprash, chyavanaprash라고도 한다)는 설탕, 꿀, , 인도 구스베리(amla), 참기름, 베리, 각종 허브향신료를 섞어 만든 요리다.[1] 그것은 Ayurvedic 텍스트에 제시된 지침에 따라 작성된다. 차야반프라쉬는 인도에서 식이요법 보조식품으로 널리 판매되고 소비되고 있다.

기원

Chyavanprash는 고대의 제형과 제품이다.[2] Various ancient Indian texts like Mahabharata, Puranas etc., relate that Ashwini Kumar brothers, the twins, who were Raja Vaidya (Royal Physicians) to Devas during Vedic times, first prepared this formulation for Chyavana Rishi at his Ashram on Dhosi Hill near Narnaul, Haryana, India, hence the name Chyavanprash.[3] Chyavanprash에 대한 최초의 역사적으로 기록된 공식은 기원전 1천년 초기의 고대 Ayurvedic 논문인[4] Charaka Samhita에 나타난다.

차야바나프라쉬는 달콤함과 신맛이 동시에 난다. 맛은 꿀, (클러라이드 버터), amla 등의 맛과 산달우드, 계피, 카르다맘 등 향신료에 의해 지배된다.

소비

Chyavanaprash는 보통 직접 소비된다. 따뜻한 물과 함께 섭취할 수도 있다.

구성

차야반프라쉬의 레시피는 아유르베데스의 치료법을 위해 쓰여진 원고에 언급되어 있다. 아스탕가흐리담, 차라카삼히타, 산안다라삼히타. 사용되는 허브의 수는 25개에서 80개까지 다양할 수 있지만, 모든 치야반프라시의 주성분은 amla이다.[5] 기타 주요 성분은 다음과 같다.

2010년 차야반프라시의 시장 규모는 인도 Rs 40억(약 8,000만 달러)이었다. 인도의 Chyavanprash는 아미타바흐찬, 람데브 바바, 샤룩 칸, 라비 키샨, 비렌드라 세화그, 마헨드라 도니 등 영화배우와 스포츠인을 통해 마케팅된다.[7]
