Stibophen은 바이엘이 원래 개발한 무염제로, 근육내 주입에 의한 치조미아[1] 치료제로 사용된다.3가 안티몬 화합물로 분류된다.브랜드명에는 푸아딘/푸아딘(이집트의 푸아드 1세를 기리기 위해 이름 붙여진)이 있다.[2][3]

작용기전

스티보펜은 적어도 부분적으로는 이 효소의 황하이드릴(–SH) 그룹에 결합하여 벌레들이 글리콜리시스(glycolyis)에 필요한 효소인인포프락토키나제를 억제한다.[4][5]당분해를 억제하면 중신정맥 벽에 붙어 있는 쥐가 없어지고 간교대(간세포)를 거쳐 죽으며 간세포에 의해 폐포세포가 된다.[citation needed]
